All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the security tag intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
